Hello colleagues, I come to share with you some of our experiences as volunteers. We have been in Tlalmanalco for two weeks and since that day we have been experiencing several things that have helped us to be able to work together to pleasantly change our environment. We have noticed that the weather in Tlalmanalco is usually sunny and thanks to this we have been able to do our activities weather-free. We have visited several places, for example the Izta-Popo National Park, where you can see that the volcanoes are large and interesting. We also went to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary which is a nice experience, the Water Forest was a place we would visit again. We have voluntarily carried out activities to help our environment, even a little. We wanted to plant trees in the Aquatic Forest, we collect garbage and carry out environmental awareness campaigns in schools. Hello, my name is Juan José Osorio Quiroz, and I am a part of the Green Areas Inventory ! I am very excited to be working on this project, which is very important to me. Green areas must be taken care of, and I want to share this with you because it's of great significance. It's alarming to see the state of our environment, and being able to help our ecosystem is crucial. Based on this project, its purpose is to identify the Green Areas of Mexico City, in order to understand and preserve these spaces.
